Artistic interpretation of the famous “Phoenix Lights” sighted over Arizona and Nevada on March 13, 1997.

This is based on the much lesser known and only existing footage of what is supposedly the “real” craft sighting which was taken at around 8 PM by Terry Proctor, prior to the more widely known/seen footage taken at 10 PM of what appeared to be flares dropped from military aircraft:
