This hat was made for the officers of the 14th Hanoverian Light Infantry Regiment for Imperial Splendour - Rise of the Republic. It’s a ‘Corsican Hat’. Here is the only contemporary image I found and used to create the hat:

The regiment itself was formed out of the remains of to regiments who fought in India for the British East India Company in 1792 and was one of the elite regiment in the Hanoverian army.
