In November 2024, AOC excavated the remains of the now-demolished Poynters Hall, also known as Poynters Grove, Totteridge. The property was once in the ownership of Royalist Sir Richard Gurney, Lord Mayor of London, before being confiscated by parliament. The north-facing apsidal foundations are likely a later addition
