A modern 321-square-meter, two-story steel-framed structure, this project showcases the precision and efficiency of fully prefabricated cold-formed steel construction. TAG Frames modeled and detailed every component including CFS wall panels, floor joists, and roof trusses, using Scottsdale Construction Systems’ roll forming machines and integrated software-to-machine workflow. The complete steel framing package is to be fabricated using Scottsdale’s Scotpanel 7090 and Scottruss 6050 roll forming machines, ensuring exact dimensions, consistent quality, and rapid on-site assembly. The result is a high-performance steel-framed structure that demonstrates how advanced roll forming technology streamlines design, fabrication, and construction for today’s modern builds.
