Where to position your camera to capture a minimum number of images for a 3D reconstruction via photogrammetry. Imagine stepping around the sculpture with your camera, taking a photo each step, from 3 different angles: low, medium and high.
Remember: Keep your object in focus Don’t mix zoom levels around 80% overlap between images don’t over or under expose shiny or transparent objects are not good subjects for photogrammetry generally more images = a more detailed 3D result , but this is a good start.
