The Heilwald Loophole: Nurse Heideltraut

Nurse Heideltraut is the imposing, unsettling nurse in charge of the sick ward at the decaying Heilwald Klinikum, a deranged hospital twisted by strange forces. Tasked with caring for the patients, she embodies both devotion and cruelty: strict and authoritative, she relentlessly pursues anyone who disrupts her ward, believing she protects her charges, yet shows a darker side in her impatience and neglect. While she appears to genuinely try to defend the sick, it’s heavily implied that her desperation for quiet and control drove her to sedate patients into voiceless compliance, blurring the line between care and abuse. Physically distorted by the Klinik’s horrors, she stalks the hallways with immense strength and very loud steps, catching the player to shove them out of her domain. Her fate is locked within the endless loop of Heilwald: she never dies, endlessly enforcing her warped version of care, a tragic victim of the Klinik’s corruption as much as its jailer.
