3d mining: volume calculations based on UAV data

3D Model

Thanks to www.birdpilot.com for data acquisition. UAV images were used to derive the photogrammetric 3D model using REDcatch CloudServicec at www.REDcatch.at Furthermore, volume calculations [m³] and areas [m²] for the mining operator have been derived. Analyses are established on a quarterly basis for multi temporal volume changes and for documentation purpose.
