This is one part of two 3D models for an upper arm associated with the other animatronic models previously uploaded. This design has three axis of motion; the rotation of the arm, the pivot of the forearm and the pivot of the upper arm. The rotation and forarm motion is achievable with two stepper motors, one for the forarm’s motion and the other for the rotation. There are anchor points for tension springs and cables on both the innder and outer part of the joint. The joint bolts have caps with recesses into them for gluing. The model size is approximatly 12.3” x 3.7” x 3.3”. The print will fit within 8.5” x 8.5” x 9.25”. The print time is estimated at three days, two hours; the filiment usage is approximately one-hundred-and-twenty-four meters of 1.75 mm PETG with supports, raft and twenty percent tri-hexagonal infill.
