In 2015, during new construction work near the banks of the Havel River in Brandenburg, a modern clay cutter from the 19th century was uncovered.

The site, consisting of three large marsh basins, was uncovered and documented by the excavation firmapmp Projekt GmbH. In the course of this, pictures were taken according to our instructions and sent digitally to Hanover. There we converted the images into a 3D model and sent the rendered images back to the researchers.
