Декоративна пластина із зображенням грифона з посаду городища у с. Зарічне (Сумська обл.), знайдена під час досліджень пам’ятки у 2020 р. Виріб датується ХІІ—ХІІІ ст. Можлива інтерпретація — підвіска, накладка або декоративна деталь. Техніка виконання виробу може вказувати на імпортне походження (Візантія, Крим, Болгарія, Близький Схід) або місцеве копіювання імпортного зразку. Символіка зображення — охоронна. The item comes from an object dated from the 12—13th centuries. General decorating compositi carved in the through groove technique. The main elements of the griffin figure (hngs, paws and tail) were modeled in low relief technique using elements of incised carving. A possible interpretation of the item is a pendant, bracket or other decorative piece
