This collection of meshes is game-ready! After numerous YouTube videos and a lot of time in Blender, I have an error-free armor set for Unreal Engine 5.2
The vertices and skeleton of a tall, normal-weight, male metahuman are matched to the armor set. Allowing for simple FBX skeletal imports to Unreal. Only the helm is not rigged. I found that importing the helm as a static mesh, due to lack of fabric rigging, is cleaner and allows the MetaHuman face to still animate while the helm/face covering is socketed to the head bone.
Note: Remember to change root.00x to root when seperating meshes, or they will not port correctly to UE5
