- 概要 6世紀後半に作られた装飾古墳で、菊池市の北西部、標高138mの高台に位置する。直径は24.5m、高さは4.7mの円墳で、内部は複室構造の横穴式石室。前室には赤の彩色が残っており、玄室奥の壁に三角文、靱(ゆぎ)の装飾が線刻されている。
