A plastic soldier, Native American warrior, A toy
A plastic Native American warrior figure made by the German company Leyla in the 1960s. Leyla (1936–72) got its name from its founder Christian Ley, in Nuremberg. The company made many kinds of toy soldiers. After the Allies arrived during WW2 the company destroyed its moulds of German soldiers and started concentrating on cowboys and Native Americans. Leyla converted to plastic figures in the 1960s from earlier composite materials.

Muovisotilas, intiaani, leikkikalu
Muovinen intiaanisoturi jonka on valmistanut saksalainen yhtiö Leyla 1960-luvulla. Leyla (1936–72) sai nimensä perustajastaan Christian Leystä ja toimi Nürnbergissä. Firma valmisti monenlaisia lelusotilaita. Kun liittoutuneiden joukot saapuivat toisen maailmansodan aikana, yhtiö tuhosi saksalaisten sotilaiden muottinsa ja keskittyi lehmipoikiin ja intiaaneihin. Leyla siirtyi muovisiin figuureihin 1960-luvulla aikaisempien komposiittimateriaalien sijasta.
