This model created by ExplorAR shows the stone sheep sculpture that can be found on the walk from Low Force to High Force waterfalls in Teesdale, County Durham, UK. They represent the two sides to the landscape, of leisure pursuits and as a place where people both live and make their living. On one side, a quote reads “A wonderful place to be. A walker” and on the other, “It reverts to scrub…once it’s gone, it’s lost. A farmer”. The sheep are angled downwards towards the path, where they become a popular spot for children to climb on their backs and walkers to take selfies!
