More model informationCoastal erosion exposing archaeology at the southern end of Abereiddy Beach, Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK.
Maps from the late nineteenth century show a roofed structure and some small rectanglar enclosures at this location, there is also a limekiln (still extant) close by. There has been some degree of concern about the rate of erosion/destruction by the sea here in recent years, but when we look at the old maps the erosion has be happening for a long time. http://maps.nls.uk/geo/explore/sidebyside.cfm#zoom=17&lat=51.9359&lon=-5.2064&layers=171&right=BingHyb
