The Grimsay Wheelhouse is found in North Uist, Western Isles in Scotland which was recorded in August 2014 by the Access Archaeology Group working alongisde the ACCORD team.
This wheelhouse originates from a later prehistoric date excavated between 1993-1997 by Roy AShworth.
The ACCORD project ran between 2013 and 2015 and was a partnership between the Glasgow School of Art, Archaeology Scotland, the University of Manchester’s Archaeology Department and the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland.
