AFüSt der OV Wismut und Gebietskoordinierungsgruppe Wismut, modifiziertes Projekt 1/15/V2c für zwei Nutzer. Die Gebietskoordinierungsgruppe Wismut entsprach in etwa einer Bezirkseinsatzleitung (BEL), die OV Wismut hatte bis 1982 den Status einer Bezirksverwaltung. Danach ging das Bauwerk an die Bezirksverwaltung für Staatssicherheit KMSt.
