More model informationFeature G consists of a small notched enclosure located west of the central enclosure and northwest of Feature F. The enclosure walls are constructed of thin pāhoehoe slabs, stacked up to 9 courses high. The interior of the enclosure contains a remnant pāhoehoe slab pavement that has been inset into the ground.
This enclosure has been interpreted as a Hale o Papa or Heiau No Na Wahine, generally understood as a women’s heiau for worship, and restricted to ali‘i of the highest lineage.
