Albarracín es un pueblo ubicado en las colinas de la zona centro-oriental de España, sobre una curva del río Guadalaviar. Las altas murallas de Albarracín, que se remontan a la Edad Media, dominan la ladera adyacente. En su punto más alto está la Torre del Andador, del siglo X. Albarracín is a town located in the hills of central-eastern Spain, on a bend in the Guadalaviar River. The high walls of Albarracín, dating back to the Middle Ages, dominate the adjacent hillside. At its highest point is the Torre del Andador, from the 10th century. In the old town, the ruins of an alcázar (castle of Arab origin) stand on a cliff. The Salvador Cathedral, dating from the 16th century, includes a bell tower that was built on the remains of a Romanesque architecture temple.
