Single tree isolated from the raw point cloud using the treeseg algorithm (Burt et al 2019) in plot two of the AmazonFACE program. Scanning and isolation of individual trees performed with a RIEGL VZ-400 by Dr. Mathews Disney and Dr. Matheus Boni Vicari in 2017.

First experience with the tool (sketchfab) and very happy with the results. In this data visualization, the point cloud is colored according to the z-axis (vertical axis), with blue being the points closest to the ground and red the points highest up in the canopy.
