There is also a non-animated quadrified version available as separate download.

I can’t see why, but the 3D-Editor preview shows no Normal-Map artefacts. (See Image below)

Just to let you know. It’s a Sketchfab render problem. Not a Normal-Map problem.

Maybe Sketchfab is recompressing the Maps for rendering in the browser.
