Anhanguera Approximated Skull 3D Model
This is an approximate digital reconstruction of the skull of Anhanguera Blittersdorfi, a pterosaur from the early Cretaceous (112mya) of the Santana formation in Brazil.
Anhanguera is closely related to the much larger pterosaur Ornithocheirus and posesses a crest at the end of its snout, on both the upper and lower jaw, a trait seen in other pterosaurs of the family Ornithocheiridae.
This skull would be around 23 inches (58.42cm) long in life.
