Used Invesalius to extract the 3d models and used remesh and decimate modifiers in blender and used the sketchfab animation timeline file option to make a stop motion like 3d reconstruction of the heart. This model shows a lot about how the ventricle beats and there are a lot of takeaways from this model in animating the ventricles. I know the model is a bit difficult to understand. I am working on another model based on this one. It is a bit complicated to make time to make it but I think I will get some time soon.
