25 Princelet Street, Spitalfields, London is a five storey 18th Century house that was owned by Annetta Pedretti. After her death the architectural collective, Assemble (https://assemblestudio.co.uk/) have taken on care and rennovation of the house with an aim to create a “centre for campaigning and resistance against exploitative development” (source: thegentleauthor).
