The Anomaly is the new entity added by the mod, the entity may spawn during night or inside a cave. The entity won’t stalk the player until its spotted for the first time. Once the entity is stalking you, every time you sleep the entity may become more aggressive. You may want to keep your pets safe. The entity may follow you to your house without you knowing.

The mod is meant for long playthroughs, you may not encounter the entity during the first days.

The mod is meant to be played without much more knowledge about the entity. I won’t respond to most questions about the entity’s behavior.
