Mermaid Man accidentally leaves his utility belt at the Krusty Krab. SpongeBob tries to return it to him, but it becomes too late. SpongeBob keeps the belt and gets into all kinds of mischief with it, accidentally shrinking all of Bikini Bottom, after he accidentally shrunk Squidward.
