Χυτό χάλκινο επίθημα που εφηλωνόταν στην επιφάνεια κάποιου σκεύους ή επίπλου. Ο Οδυσσέας ή κάποιος από τους συντρόφους του βγαίνει από την σπηλιά του Πολύφημου δεμένος στην κοιλιά κριαριού. Πελοποννησιακού εργαστηρίου. Β’ μισό 6ου αιώνα π.Χ.

Cast bronze appliqué, which would have been riveted on some fixture or piece of furniture. Odysseus or one of his companions, tied under the belly of a ram, is escaping from the cave of Polyphemos. Created in a Peloponnesian workshop. Second half of the 6th century BC.
