Hundreds of volunteers and school children made traditional slap bricks in Arney with the help of master brick maker Tony Mugridge. The bricks were made throughout the summer of 2014 and then fired in kilns built in the brick field from the drying bricks. This is an example of one such brick which was over cooked during the firing process See here for video
