This is comments for Arnolds revised mockup version with basement and a level top floor area.

Color Legend: Red text is comment text Yellow objects are visual reference areas that correspond to the comment text. Blue objects represent planned objects that will be added after the structure is built.

Notes: - Hoping to make the windows and glass doors facing the lake nice and tall and wide to really maximize the view of the lake. various widow placment and resize requests relate to this. - Note the request to make the door into the bathroom a wide hidden sliding door that goes between the wall space. This door will be left open most of the time allowing for a grander view of the lake most of the time.

Questions: - Does this design exceed the 550 sq. ft. max limit? Can a full blown ADU like this go beyound that limit? - Is it possible to incorporate a way to get larger objects into the basement? In particular, it would be handy to be able to bring 4’X8’ panels in and out of the basement.
