My interests as a designer lie in the relationship between written/spoken language and subsequently the accumulated body of recorded works of human art and knowledge: books, posters, etc. By allowing myself to interpret and distort the modernist framework of communication (often in opposition with historic examples), I explore the opportunities to introduce new language tools to influence the narrative while retaining the forms dictated by the current commerce. In relation to my interests I have made a poster of various materials, (left-over) shapes and revealed design structures based from the Ancient Near East area (where the visualization of our speech began) to share knowledge and communicate. In opposition to the precarious situation of the poster I intend to highlight the value of the physical form and where we could push it ourselves in the future in response to the changes in our society.
