Aspella

Aspella in the DISTAV palaeontology collection (University of Genova) Aspella is a genus of gastropod molluscs belonging to the family Muricidae. It lives on sandy seabeds from 0 to 2 m of depth of the Mediterranean Sea, Black Sea and Atlantic Ocean. This specimen derived from the Pliocene deposits of Genova (Liguria, Italy).

This model was realized by Glenda Cantale during the Universal Civil Service (SCU) at the Genoa University.
