The form is inspired by one of the main concepts introduced by both articles that the image of virtual reality is determined by interaction with the human. Despite being preprogrammed, the image in virtual reality doesn’t exist until the moment that human interact with it. In a way, it is suggesting that in the world of virtual reality, subjective determines objective. Thus, I designed this form, which is made of an eyeball, representing human interaction, and a ring of mirror debris, which represents the world of virtual reality. Only the area that the eye sees, the debrises form a complete piece of mirror, reflecting the eye. The reflection is also distorted, indicating the difference between reality and virtual reality. The other parts are just floating around, undetermined with multiple possibilities of forming different shapes.
