The assisted launch of a SSTO rocket is a process consisting of three main stages. 1. The elevation of the SSTO rocket to a target altitude, typically between 10 km to 20 km. 2. The separation of it together with its carrying Lighter-Than-Air (LTA) modules. Seen in the 3D image as concentric wheels, however, being a detached section of a SpaceShaft. 3. The staging of the self-propelled journey to its orbital destination. In this stage, once the necessary speed is reached to excel from the sub-orbital flight to a orbital-flight, [depending on the original intent,] the LTA SectionalRings are abandoned or not.
