First of all we know nothing about this guy, but I think he is not like “Titan”/main leader of Astro Toilets but his hierarchy is high, possibly at Mothership’s level. (Also I don’t think Mothership should be sentient, I mean like it is non-combat but it serves a purpose of being “Speaker Plane” or Camera “Dropship” for Astro Toilets. But I mean it is huge so that big guy who we see on Mothership is helping them pilot the ship)Toilet created their own army, but when other Astro Toilet found about that they decided to punish them.
