This 14thC. carving of Mary and the Chrsit is located at Ladys Well outside of Ahtenry Town. It would have likely came form a building inside of the walled town. The image is largely damanged but a curved mounding at its base indicated it may have fitted on an arch above an opening possible for a tomb, seat or statue. It is currently located at Lady’s Well, a holy well outside of the town.
