The notable features of the C class are having an extremely large primary hull and large hangars.

The C class is by itself comparable to the Galaxy class in size, form and function. The main hull of the C class is a conventional saucer containing sensors, labs, living areas etc., and a large hangar just like in the Galaxy class. The secondary hull also has a hangar big enough to hold intermediate class vehicles.
