Partial Atrial Ventricular Septal Defect (AVSD), meaning that there is a common AV valve (tricuspid and mitral are essentially fused into one large valve). The partial part means that there is an Atrial Septal defect (ASD) component but only a tiny Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD). CTA was done to look at pulmonary veins and there is high-grade stenosis of the veins on the left.
