Notes: RLA catalog no. 2501.1rp16 (cast). Pelvis from a 40% complete fossilized skeleton of a bipedal female named “Lucy.” Scientific designation of the individual is AL 288-1. Discovered in 1974 by Donald Johanson, Maurice Taieb, Yves Coppens, and Tom Gray. Cast made by Bone Clones, Inc.
