The design of the system allows both Ultrafiltration and Concentration processes within a single station with custom-created, replaceable filtration/concentration membranes. The system uses smooth mixing technology: specially shaped blades have been developed, similar to the propeller of a submarine, gently detaches the solid particles of the suspension from the membrane and lifts them up (Prolongs service life of the membrane) Patent pending, built-in electric motor, and ultrasonic cleaner located at the base of the membrane allows to clean the pores from settling particles and run several times more cycles. The above-mentioned components create conditions for ultrafiltration and concentration of solutions with an initial substance content of 5%. Maintaining a high flow rate and extraction minimizes concentration polarization and denaturation in the system. Suitable for removing salts and subsequent concentrations in it. Complete extraction of the product is achieved by installing a diafiltration system.
