Excavation work carried out in an old Tárrega house, which has been carried out by the Regional Museum of l’Urgell, reveals the entrance of the Gothic structure of the house of the Jewish doctor and philosopher Avraham Shalom. Excavations testify to the transformation of the house from its initial construction in the old Jewish quarter of Tárrega around the 14th and 15th to the 18th centuries.
