This is a heart with an atrioventricular septal defect, double outlet right ventricle, and pulmonary atresia.

The ventricles are both of adequate size. The aorta arises largely from the right ventricle and blood from the left ventricle gets to the aorta via the ventricular component of the atrioventricular defect.
