The bakery and shop were owned by Sidney Abraham, brother to Thomas, Alfred and Clement Abraham, who managed the milling business in its later years. The model was created from photographic evidence and has been superimposed on a more recent photograph of Station Road to demonstrate its former location. The advertisements on the shop reflect contemporary photographic evidence.
