3D scan of a skeleton of Barbary macaque (Macaca sylvanus)

The barbary macaque is a macaque native to the Atlas Mountains of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco, along with a small introduced population in Gibraltar. It shows sexual dimorphism with males larger than females. The mean head-body length is 55.7 cm in females and 63.4 cm in males. The diet of the Barbary macaque consists primarily of plants and insects and they are found in a variety of habitats.
