Original 1959 Swimsuit Barbie Doll (Mattel 75th anniversary version).

Mattel’s 75th anniversary version of the original 1959 Barbie doll with a blonde ponytail, red lips and a zebra striped swimsuit.

The anniversary version is not identical to the original, of which there are a lack of consistent references, but she’s very similar.

This doll uses the original Barbie shape, which is apparently more rigid than even the Silkies. I had to re sculpt the head shape once again (maybe I’ll retroactively fix the Silkies with the new more accurate head).
