The huge 309 ft wooden Barge No 1 was originally a rail car ferry barge built by the James Davidson for the Lake Michigan Car Ferry Barge Company. It was later sold and ran onto a reef and sank near Thunderbay’s North Point Reef in a storm. As a barge the site is often overlooked by divers but was an interesting dive to say the least. The model was created from 1,658 30 megapixel RAW images converted to jpg.
