A grand staircase at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, Smithfield, London. The walls are decorated with paintings by William Hogarth (1697-1764).
The paintings depict The Pool of Bethesda and The Good Samaritan.
The staircase can be visited through the hospital museum which is usually open on Wednesdays.
661 photos taken in September 2021 with a Sony a7R III and processed in Agisoft Metashape. The model is a bit messy due to the refective wooden surfaces and bright lighting through the windows. It has therefore been heavily cleaned up around the banisters and windows.
