INORDER TO GET TOON OUTLINE / BLACK MODEL PROBLEM

select outline in outliner > outline shape in attribute editor > renderstats > turn off doublesided

WEIRD TEXTURE ?

select the model from the outliner > select aiStandardSurface1/aiStandardSurface2 in attribute editor > scroll down to Geometry section > Bumpmapping (black arrow box) > select ColorSpace > Utility > Raw (direct raw if using lower version* of maya)
