Description: Round basket with flat base and vertical sides; woven primarily in 2-strand twining with 3-strand twining at basket start and at junction of base and sides and 2 rows of lattice twining around mid-section of sides; crossed warps in upper 2 cm (just below rim) are open before final two rows of twining; rim is reinforced with rod and coil-wrapped in bear grass; design band on side is woven in half-twist overlay and includes pairs of truncated, stacked triangles in bear grass, alternating with light and dark vertical columns.
