Balquhidder Churchyard (Canmore ID 80644), grave slab 11 m SSW of the SE corner of the Old Kirk (SM5588): site co-ordinates: 37.90/14.00.

Rectangular graveslab aligned W-E, measuring 1.82 m long and 0.64 m wide. Raised relief carving of two open books, 0.5 m from head of slab, that on left smaller than that on right. Inscription confined to area above the books, apart for the date which is to their right. The inscription is very worn on S side and only parts of it are legible.
