A fanart of a scrapped weapon concept for Bioshock made by Mauricio Tejerina (http://bioshock.wikia.com/wiki/BioShock_Removed_Content?file=Bioweapon-Mauricio_Tejerina.jpg). Making this model was really fun since it gave me the opportunity to integrate different softwares in my workflow. I wanted to give the model a post apocalyptic approach which I think suited its design. I made all the base materials in Substance Designer then added the fine details in Substance Painter then exported it in 2048x2048 texture maps. I rendered it in both Unreal Engine 4 and Marmoset Toolbag. Thank you to all the people that continue to support and help me with my studies to become a better game artist.
I tried refining the material definition of the glass here in Sketchfab’s viewer but it seems like I can’t render it like my engine render. Thank you!
